I am the owner and Managing Director of Philip Ellis, overseeing the running of the Sales, Lettings and Investments departments.
Prior to entering the Estate Agency world, I was a practising Solicitor, working for over 10 years in Litigation at leading national law firms. My entrepreneurial spirit and the variety of skills picked up from my legal career, led me to embark on the exciting prospect of starting Philip Ellis Estates and Lettings.
Nothing excites me more than great marketing and customer service, Philip Ellis is gaining a great reputation in the industry for pushing the boundaries in marketing and offering a truly outstanding service to its growing number of clients. Outside of work, I enjoy jogging, playing squash and football. I also love spending time with my wife and 6 children.

Eli Wieder

Hello, I am Leanne McNeill and my role is a Senior Lettings Negotiator and Valuer. I have over 20 years' experience in all aspects of property, including sales, lettings, property management including HMO’s, property Investments, to name just a few. I am passionate about Lettings and management!
I enjoy working alongside our Landlords and Tenants, providing them excellent customer service and reassurance that their tenancies and properties are being well managed and maintained. Throughout my extensive experience in property management I am able to tackle any challenge thrown my way, however big or small, executing these efficiently and effectively.

Hello My name is Marcella and I have 8 yrs experience as a Sales negotiator. Offering a combination of sales negotiator skills and experience within property management, business development and client confidentiality. I have a tenacious spirit, high levels of focus and strong customer facing skills. Eli the managing Director has given me the opportunity to train as a valuer which is something I have wanted to do for many years. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than meeting a potential vendor/ buyer and happily negotiating on their behalf. I offer a listening ear and pride myself in problem solving. I like nothing more than coming to work as each day is never the same and each day presents a new day of exciting challenges.

I have 29 year experience in estate agency sales and lettings working in local estate agencies in Prestwich and Whitefield.

I am practical, methodical and customer service is a priority.

Fione Weiner

I have over 15 years’ experience as an Estate Agent and nothing gives me greater pleasure than seeing my clients happy when I get them the perfect offer accepted.
I previously worked for HSBC Bank for 8 years, building my customer service skills with an international company.
In my spare time I am a mum to three children who take up most of my time, usually being a taxi service! I enjoy cooking and baking with them on a regular basis as well as when the weather permits days out.

Clare Griffiths
Senior Lettings Negotiator and Valuer

I have experience in relationship management, customer service and sales within the sport, travel and optical industries. I spent 5 years at Manchester City Football Club as the Relationship Manager for the official Club partners, followed by two years as a Guest Services Officer on a cruise ship. More recently I’ve spent the last 9 years as an Area Sales Manager for an eyewear importer, selling spectacle frames to independent opticians in the North West of England.

I have now been given an opportunity to learn and grow in the property industry and look forward to working with Eli, Clare, Marcella and the team and being an asset to Philip Ellis Estate Agents.
